Little Luck Today provides a reflective and entertainment experience. The answers are not professional advice and should not be relied upon as medical, legal, financial, psychological, safety, or other professional advice.
You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions. Little Luck Today does not guarantee that an answer is accurate, predictive, or appropriate for your circumstances.
Service availability
The website is provided on an as-available basis. We may make reasonable efforts to maintain it, but continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Digital products
Little Luck Today offers optional paid digital wallpapers. Prices are displayed before purchase. Purchases are one-time purchases unless explicitly stated otherwise; there is currently no subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe, and access to purchased wallpaper content is provided after successful payment verification.
Personal-use licence
A purchased wallpaper is licensed to the purchaser for personal use, including using it as a phone or device wallpaper, saving a personal copy, and using it on the purchaser’s own devices.
A purchase does not transfer ownership of Little Luck Today’s branding, website design, artwork, layouts, written content, or other intellectual property. Purchased wallpapers must not be commercially resold or redistributed.
Intellectual property
Original Little Luck Today website content, design, branding, artwork, layouts, and other original materials are protected. They must not be commercially reproduced, redistributed, or exploited without permission.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt unauthorised access, intentionally interfere with the website, abuse the service, use automated or malicious methods to disrupt it, or reverse engineer or exploit it for harmful or unauthorised purposes.

Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
To the extent permitted by law, Little Luck Today is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or a temporary inability to access it. This does not limit liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the website, products, or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will indicate when the current version was published.
