Contact us if you completed payment but cannot access your wallpaper, downloaded a materially defective or incorrect file, believe you were charged incorrectly, or have another purchase or delivery issue.

Where available, include a short description of the problem, which product you purchased — One Wallpaper or All 6 Wallpapers — and relevant Stripe receipt or payment information that helps identify the transaction.

Please do not send full card details or other sensitive payment information.
